Step 3. Now find the START in the working area. So, to Disable, the user just needs to set the Value data by “4” or set the value to “3”, in case of enabling the USB ports again. Also, users need to keep in mind that the Registry Editor needs to be closed after every task or changing the value.

Using Device Manager to Block USB Ports
