This option probably gives you the best result but still wastes some paper and ink. There is also a knock-around that you can use for optimal paper and ink saving.<\/p>\n<h2>Built-in Printing Option<\/h2>\n<p>It&#8217;s quite hard to discover the built-in method initially but once you know it is there it is easy to execute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: Select all &#8220;<strong>notes<\/strong>&#8221; or short &#8220;<strong>email messages<\/strong>&#8221; which you want to print.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-67 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.msoutlooktools.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/select-notes.png\" alt=\"select notes\" width=\"613\" height=\"535\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Open the &#8220;<strong>print option<\/strong>&#8221; dialog box by following the given path:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: <strong>For Outlook 2007 &amp; Previous Version<\/strong>: Click on the &#8220;<strong>File<\/strong>&#8221; tab in the menu bar and then &#8220;<strong>Print<\/strong>&#8220;.<br \/>\n<strong>For Outlook 2010 &amp; 2013<\/strong>: Click on the &#8220;<strong>File<\/strong>&#8221; tab then Print and after that &#8220;<strong>Print<\/strong> option&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-68 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.msoutlooktools.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/select-print-option.png\" alt=\"print option\" width=\"613\" height=\"535\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: Now click on &#8220;<strong>memo style<\/strong>&#8221; and click on &#8220;<strong>page setup<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-69 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.msoutlooktools.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/select-memo-style.png\" alt=\"memo style selection\" width=\"505\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong>: In the &#8220;<strong>page setup<\/strong>&#8221; and select the &#8220;<strong>Paper<\/strong>&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-70 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.msoutlooktools.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/select-the-page-setup.png\" alt=\"paper setup\" width=\"660\" height=\"560\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the left list, select the &#8220;<strong>correct paper type<\/strong>&#8221; then in the right list select the page size. Set &#8220;<strong>page size smaller<\/strong>&#8221; than &#8220;<strong>paper size<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>print multiple pages<\/strong>&#8221; on a single sheet of paper. To prevent this implement given below workaround.<\/p>\n<p>By setting page size smaller than paper size means that you can print multiple pages on a single paper sheet.<\/p>\n<h2>Workaround to Save Maximum Paper and Ink<\/h2>\n<p>Prevent white space from being added between notes and get continuous note stream by following the given method:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select all notes that desire to print<\/li>\n<li>Drag and drop them to Mail icon in Navigation pane by using the right mouse click<\/li>\n<li>From the pop-up menu select Copy here as Message with Text<\/li>\n<li>Now a new message will open with combined text of all notes in the message body.
